Our New Construction Scope
Temporary power
- We set the temp pole so the other trades can work.
Underground and slab work
- We install conduit and stub-ups before the pour.
Rough-in
- We install all boxes, cans, conduit, and wire after framing and before insulation. We coordinate with the plumber and the HVAC crew.
Service and gear
- We set the panel or switchgear. We install feeders and subpanels. We coordinate the utility connection with APS or SRP.
Trim-out
- We install devices, fixtures, covers, and breakers after paint.
Final and commissioning
- We test every circuit. We label the panel. We walk the job with you.

Send your plan set. We do a full takeoff. Our bid gives you:

Detached buildings need a feeder, a subpanel, and a separate grounding electrode system. We size the feeder for the load you plan to run. We install correct equipment for welders, compressors, lifts, and dust collection.
General Contractors and Builders
We work as a subcontractor on residential and commercial builds. We hold current insurance. We provide a certificate on request. We keep the schedule.

Free Site Visits in the Phoenix Metro Area
We give free site visits and free written estimates throughout the Phoenix metro area.
Outside the metro area we charge a trip fee. The fee covers travel to your site. We tell you the exact fee before we schedule. We apply the fee to your invoice when you award us the job.
